Under his vision and leadership Company has expanded its presence in abroad and multi locations in India .He always introduced very quality and cost effective products in market specially Telecom and Energy Meter sectors which has enabled the customers in bringing the cost down.
Mr. Vibhore Srivastava has started RRCPL in the year of 2004. The corporate philosophy of Mr. Srivastava is short and simple: “Think big, fast and differently.”
RRCPL is a renowned name in the field of electrical and electronic component. Today, we are a recognized name in component industry and known for outstanding R & D and high quality products. Mr. Srivastava embedded a culture of customer centricity and quick customer support at RRCPL.
Mr. Dnyaneshwar Selukar
Mr. Dnyaneshwar Selukar is Master of Business Administration from Rajashi Tandon Open University Allahabad in 2011, and B.com from Nagpur University in 2006. He carries more than 12 years in Industry in Accounts and Finance Department. (More than 8 Years in Automotive Industries) He is part of Regent Rich team since 14Th Jul, 2016. As a Head of Finance and Accounts Department Mr. Dnyaneshwar holds responsibility of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Auditing, Balance sheet, BRC’s and MIS, POE, GST Compliances, Foreign Remittance, Licensing with Govt. Department and Bank. Mr. Dnyaneshwar has expertise in Finance & Accounts, Direct Tax & Indirect Tax, Proof of Export, Balance Sheet, Import – Export Documentation Work, Ledger Scrutiny, Statutory, Internal, Excise, Tax Audit, GST Compliances, Financing Activity (PCL, FBP, LC, OD, Hundi), Foreign Remittance, Licensing With Govt. Department and Bank.
Head- Human Resource & Administration
Ms. Puja Pathak is Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Marketing & Management (IMM), New Delhi. She carries more than 11 Years of Experience in Human Resource Function in various Industries including Engineering, FMCG and Financial at Senior Management Level. Currently handling HR department including function of Employee Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Performance management and Strategic Management.
